Coverage

What the archive includes and what it cannot prove

The source is broad enough for real historical pages, but it is independent and imperfect. Coverage limits stay visible because a silent gap can turn a correct ticket check into a wrong answer.

01

Validated rows only

Every published draw has a date, one of two draw types, six distinct main balls, a distinct bonus ball and values from 1 to 49. A row failing shape validation never reaches a dated page.

02

Early Lunchtime coverage is absent

The public source starts its historical window with Teatime on 1 September 2018. It does not provide Lunchtime pages for the same earliest months, so those dates correctly show one stored draw.

03

One archive page is inaccessible

The source's August 2021 Lunchtime route redirects in a loop and its alternate page contains no result rows. ZA Bet records that page failure and does not manufacture the missing month.

04

The 2026 sources do not meet cleanly

The historical source stops during April and the recent source begins on 30 June. The dates between those windows remain absent until a trustworthy backfill source is available.

One impossible row was removed

The source published a Lunchtime row dated 10 November 2025 with a zero ball. UK 49s balls run from 1 to 49, so that row is invalid. The archive omits it and does not guess which digit the publisher meant.

Build method

From public month pages to one dated record

The backfill is data work, not generated prose. The same validator used for a month controls every dated page that comes out of it.

01

Read the month

The importer reads the public year and month routes for both draw types and keeps the source URL on every parsed row.

02

Validate and deduplicate

Dates, draw types and ball shape are checked. Duplicate date-and-type keys must agree exactly or the import stops.

03

Group by date

A dated page receives whichever validated rows exist for that ISO date, across all four draws. A missing draw remains visibly missing.

Clear answers

UK 49s history FAQ

The archive is useful because it is specific about coverage and validation, not because it claims to predict a future draw.

How far back does this UK 49s history go?

The first stored row is dated Saturday, 1 September 2018. The source begins with Teatime and does not provide the earliest Lunchtime months, so the archive is not described as complete game history.

How many draws are stored?

5 807 validated rows are stored across the four daily draws. Each row passed the six-main-ball, one-bonus-ball and 1-to-49 validation rules.

What happens when a source row is invalid?

It is omitted and recorded as a gap. The source row containing a zero ball was not repaired, rounded or guessed. A broken archive page is also recorded rather than silently presented as an empty month.

Does the archive make a pattern more likely next time?

No. The archive can verify old results and support historical counts. Every new draw is random and independent of the rows before it.

Evidence

Where these records come from

The operator site blocks automated access, so ZA Bet stores fetchable independent records and says exactly where coverage stops.

Teatime results history archive

Independent backfill source. 175 public archive pages were read and validated for the original historical record, which later runs have extended.

Lunchtime results history archive

Independent backfill source for Lunchtime rows. Its earliest coverage starts later and one August 2021 page is inaccessible.

Use the page

What you can do on this page

Use the record first, then decide whether you need a different draw, a longer history or a betting explanation. The route links below stay inside the same stored data set.

Read the result before the commentary

The first number board gives you the dated draw or statistic the page is about. Six main balls are shown together. A seventh outlined ball is the bonus ball. The bonus is stored separately and never counted as one of the six main balls in a frequency calculation.

Check the freshness and source window

Every result page names the last stored date. If that date is not current, treat the page as a historical record. ZA Bet does not replace a missing result with a guess, and it does not label an old row as today's result just because the route contains the word today.

Move to the action you actually need

Use the history for an older date, hot and cold for long-window counts, predictions for clearly labelled pattern sets, or how to bet for market and betslip guidance. If you decide to bet, compare the live market and price before confirming.

Before the betslip

Use this order before you deposit

UK 49s is random. A clean result page can make the record easier to read, but it cannot make a selection more likely to win. The bookmaker's live betslip is the final source for the market name, closing time, stake, price and possible return.

  1. Check the draw. UK 49s draws four times a day. Choose Brunchtime, Lunchtime, Drivetime or Teatime and confirm the South African clock time shown by the bookmaker.
  2. Check the market. Make sure the number of selections and whether the bonus ball counts match the bet you intend to place.
  3. Check the price. Read the displayed odds and possible return before confirmation. Do not copy a payout figure from an old page into a new bet.
  4. Set the stake. Use money you can afford to lose. A previous loss is not a reason to increase the next stake.
  5. Keep the receipt. Save the bet reference, market, draw and displayed price so you can question a settlement with the bookmaker if needed.
